The boat must be returned in the condition in which you received it. Any damage caused to the boat is the sole responsibility of the lessee.
The boat must be returned at the agreed time. No refund will be made in case of early return.

The distance of the vessel from the coast should not exceed 3 nautical miles.
You must not approaching very shallow water. There is a risk of the propeller hitting the bottom or rocks and the boat becoming unmanageable.
The propeller in operation can cause fatal injury.
Diving with the engine running is prohibited.
Fuel is not included in the price.
The driver of the boat must be over 18 years old.
It is prohibited to take more people on board than allowed.
